LPPM UNHAS Conducts Monitoring and Evaluation of BIMA HIBAH KEMENDIKTI SAINTEK Community Service: 20 Recipient Teams Attend the Event

The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Hasanuddin University conducted a Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) activity for the Community Service program funded through the BIMA KEMENDIKTI SAINTEK Grant scheme for the 2025 Fiscal Year. This activity took place on September 26 in the LPPM UNHAS Meeting Room, Tamalanrea Campus, Makassar.
A total of 20 grant recipient teams attended the event to present the progress of their program implementation to the internal UNHAS review team and the external review team from other universities. This monitoring and evaluation is an important part of the reporting and accountability process for activities funded through the BIMA (Academic Management Information Base) system owned by the Directorate of Research, Technology, and Community Service (DRTPM), KEMENDIKTI SAINTEK.
During the monitoring and evaluation session, each team presented their preliminary achievements, obstacles encountered in the field, and outputs that had been or would be produced, such as training modules, innovative products, or scientific publications. The review team provided notes and technical recommendations to ensure that the activities were carried out in accordance with the approved proposals.
The BIMA KEMENDIKTI SAINTEK community service grant program covers various fields, ranging from strengthening the local economy, public health, appropriate technology, education based on local wisdom, to the environment and food security. Most of the community service activities took place in the South Sulawesi region, involving community partners, MSMEs, schools, and village governments.
Through these activities, LPPM UNHAS reaffirms its commitment to overseeing the implementation of quality, targeted, and impactful community service activities for the community. This monitoring and evaluation also serves as a benchmark for grant proposals in subsequent years.
