LPPM UNHAS Holds Final Monitoring and Evaluation of RIIM Expedition Wave 1 First Year

The Hasanuddin University Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM UNHAS) held a Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) Final Substance Activity for the Advanced Indonesia Innovation Research Program (RIIM) Wave 1 Expedition First Year. The event took place on June 25, 2025, in the LPPM Meeting Room, attended by RIIM-funded researchers from the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Dr. Yadi Mulyadi, SS., MA, and his team.
The Monev process was conducted in a hybrid manner, where researchers attended in person, while the review team participated in the activity via the Zoom platform. This activity aimed to evaluate the progress and quality of research funded through the RIIM program and to ensure that the research results could provide tangible benefits to the Indonesian people.
The Head of LPPM UNHAS, Prof. Dr. Muh. Nasrum Massi, Ph.D., Sp., MK(K), in his speech said that this Monev was an important moment to measure the accountability and impact of the research program that had been running for a year. “We hope that this activity will not only be a formality of evaluation, but also a space for constructive dialogue between researchers and reviewers,” he said.
This final Monev aims to evaluate the substance of the research achievements, ensure the alignment between the targets and research outputs, and provide feedback from reviewers on the progress and direction of future research development. This activity is also part of efforts to improve the quality of strategic and innovative research that supports the Indonesia Emas 2045 vision.
This Monev activity is expected to be the basis for consideration for continued funding in the second year and to be part of academic accountability and research quality improvement at Hasanuddin University.
