LPPM UNHAS Successfully Conducts Socialization and Signing of Contracts for the 2025 Internal Grant Community Service Program (PPMU)
Friday, May 23, 2025 — The Hasanuddin University Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM UNHAS) once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting community development through a socialization event and the signing of contracts for the 2025 UNHAS Internal Grant Community Service Program (PPMU). The event took place at the LPPM Building, attended by grant recipients, LPPM leadership, and staff.
The event aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of community service programs, including administrative procedures, reporting, and program success indicators. In addition, the signing of contracts between LPPM and the grant recipient lecturers marked the start of the program’s implementation, which is designed to provide solutions to real problems in the community.
In his speech, the Head of LPPM UNHAS, Prof. Dr. Muh. Nasrum Massi, Ph.D., Sp.MK(K), expressed his appreciation to the lecturers who had actively participated in submitting proposals and emphasized the importance of synergy between academics and the community.
In 2025, 102 community service teams from various faculties at UNHAS passed the selection process and were eligible to receive internal grant funds. The programs vary, ranging from community economic empowerment in villages, environmental management, to human resource capacity building in areas determined by UNHAS.
This activity also serves as an important momentum in strengthening UNHAS’s role as a research-based university with a high concern for community empowerment.
