Internal Coordination of LPPM Unhas: Staff Introduction, Preparation for University-Level Coordination Meeting, and Agenda for Upcoming Work Meeting
Makassar, April 29, 2025 – The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Hasanuddin University held an internal coordination meeting attended by all staff, including general affairs staff, program staff, data and information staff, and staff from various research centers under the auspices of LPPM.
The meeting, which took place in Meeting Room A at 10:00 a.m. WITA, was an important moment for the new Head of Administration, Bakri, S.Sos, M.M., to introduce himself and get to know the staff working at LPPM. In a friendly and open atmosphere, each staff member introduced themselves and explained their duties in turn.
In addition to being an introduction, this meeting was also coupled with the delivery of an important agenda related to the University Coordination Meeting to be held on Friday, May 2, 2025, at the LPPM Unhas Building. This meeting will be attended by university leaders, ranging from deans, vice deans, vice rectors, to the Rector of Hasanuddin University.
In his remarks, Mr. Bakri emphasized the importance of maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the LPPM office environment ahead of the meeting. “The cleanliness of the entire LPPM building and rooms needs to be taken into account because we will be receiving important guests from the university leadership,” he said.
Regarding material preparation, the Head of Administration also urged the Head of Programs and the Head of Data & Information to prepare materials to be presented by Prof. Dr. Suhe, M.Si., as the representative of the LPPM Unhas leadership in the university-level coordination meeting. This presentation material will contain the LPPM performance report for the last month.
On this occasion, he also conveyed the agenda for the working meetings to be held in the near future in three different regions. The implementation of these activities will be divided into three work teams according to their assigned locations. The Head of Administration said that most of the technical preparations had been completed and were just waiting to be implemented in the field.
Closing the meeting, Mr. Bakri expressed his appreciation for the enthusiasm and attendance of all staff. He invited all elements within LPPM to continue to maintain a spirit of togetherness and a good work ethic.
“Let’s work sincerely and hard for the better performance of LPPM,” he concluded.
