The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Hasanuddin University (Unhas) held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for the Preparation of Research Guidelines at Unhas Hospital. The event took place in the Unhas Rectorate Building Hall and was attended by academics, researchers, doctors, and LPPM staff.
The Head of LPPM Unhas, Prof. dr. Muh. Nasrum Massi, Ph.D., Sp.MK (K), emphasized in his speech the importance of structured and standardized research guidelines. “These guidelines are expected to be the main reference for researchers at Unhas Hospital to produce high-quality research that complies with ethical standards and applicable regulations,” he said.
The FGD aimed to gather input and suggestions from various related parties so that the guidelines could cover all important aspects of medical and health research.
This FGD was the first step in a series of activities planned by LPPM Unhas to improve research capacity at Unhas Hospital. Once the research guidelines are finalized, there will be a socialization and training session for researchers and medical personnel to ensure that these guidelines can be implemented properly.
With the development of these research guidelines, LPPM Unhas hopes to continue contributing to the advancement of science and the improvement of health services, not only at the local level but also nationally and internationally.
