LPPM UNHAS Holds Socialization to Align Perceptions on PDPU Desk Evaluation and Community Service

The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Hasanuddin University (UNHAS) held a socialization event to align perceptions regarding the evaluation process for Research Proposals (PDPU) and Community Service. The event, which took place both online and offline in the LPPM UNHAS Auditorium, was attended by the head of LPPM, Prof. Dr. Muh Narum Massi, Ph.D., Sp.MK (K), Secretary Prof. Suharman Hamzah, S.T., M.T, Ph.D. HSE, and the Internal Reviewers.

This socialization includes an in-depth explanation of the PDPU and Community Service desk evaluation process, including the stages that reviewers must go through. The material also covers important aspects that are the focus of the evaluation, such as research methodology, contribution to society, and relevance to science development policies.

Participants in the information session were also given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the evaluation process directly. This was done to provide clarification and ensure that all participants had the same understanding of the evaluation criteria applied by LPPM UNHAS.

This outreach activity is a concrete step taken by LPPM UNHAS to improve the quality of research and community service. Through this effort, it is hoped that researchers will be better prepared and more focused in preparing proposals, as well as able to contribute maximally to the development of science and society.
