Dalam rangka peningkatan mutu pengelolaan Program Penelitian hibah Universitas Hasanuddin, bersama ini disampaikan bahwa Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat akan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi kemajuan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat hibah Unhas Tahun Anggaran 2024 yang rencana akan dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2024.
Sehubungan dengan hal itu, sebagai persiapan untuk kelancaran pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi kemajuan diharapkan kepada Peneliti/Pelaksana Pengabdian segera melaporkan dan mengunggah hasil kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Tahun 2024 pada SIM LPPM UNHAS. Bersama ini kami sampaikan beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan sebagai berikut :
- Para ketua peneliti/pelaksana pengabdian diwajibkan telah mengunggah dokumen Laporan Kemajuan sesuai template, catatan harian, Rencana Anggaran Belanja dan SPTB 70 %, capaian luaran yang di janjikan serta buktinya pada laman SIM LPPM.
- Menyiapkan dan mengunggah bahan presentasi maksikmal 5 slide yang memuat informasi pelaksanaan dan ketercapaian luaran dengan waktu paparan maksimal 10 menit;
- Monitoring dan evaluasi akan dilaksanakan secara luring dan presentasi oleh masing-masing ketua/tim pelaksana penelitian dan pengabdian;
- Kegiatan unggah laporan kemajuan, logbook dan luaran dilakukan secara on line pada laman SIM LPPM melalui link : pdlppm.unhas.ac.id, mulai tanggal 22 Juni s.d 2 Juli 2024.
