LPPM UNHAS Holds Internal Meeting to Drive Optimal Performance

Makassar, February 5, 2025 – In an effort to enhance performance productivity, the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Hasanuddin University (UNHAS) held an internal meeting led directly by Professor Nasrum in Meeting Room A. The meeting was attended by all staff members to discuss various strategies for realizing research and community service programs.

The internal meeting was attended by the Head of the Data and Information Subdivision, the Head of the Program Subdivision, the Head of the General Affairs Subdivision, and staff from the Research and Development Center (Puslitbang).

In his directive, Professor Nasrum emphasized the importance of providing maximum service to all LPPM service users, particularly the researchers within UNHAS.

“We must provide maximum service to LPPM users, including all UNHAS researchers,” stated Professor Nasrum.

He also emphasized the importance of maintaining cohesion in teamwork to achieve optimal work results.

“We must remain united in teamwork so that the results obtained are maximal,” he added.

The agenda for this meeting included discussions on the main duties and functions (tupoksi) of each working unit, the optimization of budget utilization, and strategies to enhance program effectiveness. This includes initiatives such as coaching clinics, mentorship/assistance programs, and increasing the number of research and community service proposals.

The meeting is expected to serve as a momentum to strengthen synergy between working units within LPPM UNHAS, with the aim of supporting the advancement of research and community service to be more effective and widely impactful.
