Hasanuddin University’s LPPM Holds Online Research Socialization for Early Career Lecturers

Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) Hasanuddin University organized an online Research Socialization Program for Early Career Lecturers of Hasanuddin University on Wednesday, 6 May 2026. The program aimed to provide lecturers with a better understanding of research guidelines, mechanisms, and strategies for developing high-quality and competitive research proposals.

The event was officially opened by the Head of LPPM Unhas, Prof. dr. Muh. Nasrum Massi, Ph.D., Sp.MK (K), who emphasized the importance of strengthening the research capacity of early career lecturers as part of enhancing academic culture and research productivity within Hasanuddin University.

The program also featured presentations from Prof. Dr. Halmar Halide, M.Sc. and Prof. Ir. Suharman Hamzah, ST., MT., Ph.D., HSE.Cert., who delivered materials on research guidelines, proposal preparation, and various technical aspects that should be considered in conducting research for beginner lecturers.

Participants attended the event enthusiastically through presentation sessions and interactive discussions. Through this activity, early career lecturers are expected to gain a deeper understanding of the research proposal submission process and improve their ability to produce innovative, high-quality research proposals in accordance with applicable guidelines.
