LPPM UNHAS Holds Meeting to Prepare for Final Monitoring and Evaluation of Internal Grant Research Activities

Makassar – The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Hasanuddin University (UNHAS) held a preparatory meeting for the final monitoring and evaluation (monev) activities related to Internal Grant Community Service Research. The meeting was held on Friday, November 22, 2024, in the LPPM UNHAS meeting room, attended by leaders and the internal grant management team.
This final monev activity aims to evaluate the results of various research and community service projects that have been funded through UNHAS internal grants during the 2024 fiscal year. During the meeting, the committee explained the monev implementation mechanism, which will include an assessment of the results achieved, the effectiveness of the implementation, and the social impact of the research and community service carried out.
“This preparatory meeting is very important to ensure that all parties involved in internal grant activities are ready and understand the procedures that will be followed in the monitoring and evaluation process,” said Prof. Nasrum, Head of LPPM UNHAS. He added that this monitoring and evaluation is not only intended to assess research results, but also to provide constructive feedback to researchers in improving the quality of their scientific work in the future.
During the monitoring and evaluation activities, each internal grant recipient is expected to present the progress and final results of their research, as well as explain their contribution to the development of science and community empowerment. This process is also expected to be a forum for sharing experiences and mutual learning among researchers at UNHAS.
This preparatory meeting is the first step in preparing for a series of monitoring and evaluation activities scheduled to take place in early December 2024. LPPM UNHAS hopes that with the implementation of good monitoring and evaluation, it can improve the quality of research and service that has a more positive impact on society and the academic world.
