LPPM UNHAS Holds Socialization of Perception Alignment for Reviewers of the 2024 UNHAS Grant Final Monitoring and Evaluation Through Zoom Meeting
The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Hasanuddin University (UNHAS) held a socialization event to align perceptions among reviewers for the Final Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) of the 2024 UNHAS Grant. The event was held online via the Zoom Meeting platform on Friday, November 22, 2024, and was attended by reviewers who will be involved in the final evaluation of the 2024 grant program.
In his opening remarks, the Head of LPPM UNHAS, Prof. Dr. Muh. Nasrum Massi, Ph.D., Sp.MK, emphasized the importance of the reviewers’ role in ensuring the quality of grant programs managed by the university. “As part of the accountability process, reviewers play a very important role in ensuring that the grants awarded are properly accounted for, both in terms of the use of funds and the impact of the programs,” he said.
In addition, this socialization activity also aimed to align the perceptions of LPPM UNHAS and the reviewers regarding the assessment criteria to be used, so that all evaluators would have a uniform understanding in assessing the final reports of grant projects. Several topics discussed in the socialization included indicators of grant program success, impact analysis, and budget utilization in project implementation.
This activity is part of LPPM UNHAS’s efforts to continuously improve the quality and transparency in the implementation of research and community service grants, as well as to strengthen institutional accountability. It is hoped that through this socialization, the final evaluation process of UNHAS grants can run more smoothly and the results obtained can reflect the best achievements of each program that has been implemented.
This socialization activity also serves as a concrete step in supporting the implementation of a more effective grant management system within UNHAS.
