LPPM UNHAS Holds Technical Guidance on Grant Proposal Writing for BIMA KEMDIKTISAINTEK 2025 PBK and PBW Schemes

Makassar – The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Hasanuddin University held a Technical Guidance (Bimtek) on the Preparation of Community Service Proposals for the 2025 BIMA Grant from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (KEMDIKTISAINTEK). The event took place on Monday, July 21, at the LPPM Auditorium and was attended by faculty members from various faculties within UNHAS.
The focus of this Bimtek was the preparation of proposals for two main schemes: Entrepreneurship-Based Empowerment (PBK) and Regional-Based Empowerment (PBW). These two schemes are part of KEMDIKTISAINTEK’s efforts to encourage the real contribution of universities to community and regional development through innovative and collaborative approaches.
The Head of LPPM UNHAS, Prof. Dr. Muh. Nasrum Massi, Ph.D., Sp.MK, in his speech conveyed the importance of the role of academics in synergizing science with the needs of the community. “Through this grant, it is hoped that lecturers can design community service programs that are not only applicable but also sustainable and have a direct impact on improving the quality of life of the community,” he said.
This technical training featured an experienced researcher in the Community Service Scheme who shared strategies and tips for preparing excellent proposals in accordance with the KEMDIKTISAINTEK 2025 guidelines. Participants also had the opportunity to ask questions and receive consultation.
This activity is expected to increase the number and quality of community service proposals from UNHAS that successfully obtain national grant funding, as well as strengthen UNHAS’s role as a research-based university with a strong commitment to community empowerment.
