LPPM UNHAS Holds Zoom Meeting Regarding Preparations for Final Monitoring and Evaluation of RKI
The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Hasanuddin University (UNHAS) held an online coordination meeting via Zoom on November 15, 2024, to discuss preparations for the Final Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) of the Indonesian Collaborative Research Program (RKI) to be held at UNHAS. This activity aims to ensure the smooth running of the final evaluation process, which will be held from December 5 to 6, 2024.
The meeting was chaired by the Head of LPPM UNHAS, Prof. Dr. Muh. Nasrum Massi, Ph.D, Sp.MK(K) and attended by a number of representatives from the event committee. During the meeting, participants discussed various important aspects related to the implementation of the Final Monev of RKI, including administrative preparations, technical implementation, and the schedule of activities that must be fulfilled by all parties involved.
Prof. Nasrum stated, “The Final Evaluation of the RKI is a crucial moment for us to assess the research outcomes achieved in this program. We hope that all teams involved can thoroughly prepare all necessary documents and data, as well as provide comprehensive reports on the progress of the research conducted.”
In addition, the meeting also discussed the evaluation mechanism that will be applied, involving external reviewers who are competent in their fields. This final evaluation will cover various indicators, such as the achievement of research targets, contributions to the development of science, and the social impact of the research results.
The meeting ended with an agreement to accelerate the completion of various preparations that still need to be done so that the RKI Final Monitoring and Evaluation can run smoothly in accordance with mutual expectations.
With careful preparation, LPPM UNHAS hopes that this RKI Final Monitoring and Evaluation can be a productive evaluation forum and provide a clear picture of the research progress that has been made by researchers at UNHAS.
