LPPM Unhas Holds Socialization and Signing of Research and Community Service Contracts for the 2025 BIMA KEMDIKTISAINTEK Grant

The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Hasanuddin University held an event to socialize funding and sign research and community service contracts for the BIMA grant scheme of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science, and Technology (KEMDIKBUDSAINTEK) for the 2025 fiscal year. This event took place on Monday, June 16, 2025, at the LPPM Unhas Hall.
The event was attended by lecturers who received research and community service grants, as well as LPPM leaders and staff. The purpose of this event was to provide technical understanding to grant recipients regarding the mechanisms for budget implementation, reporting, and administrative and substantive obligations during the program implementation period.
The Head of LPPM Unhas, Prof. Dr. Muh Nasrum Massi, Ph.D., Sp.Mk(K), emphasized in his speech the importance of accountability and timeliness in the implementation of grant programs. “This program not only supports the scientific development of lecturers but also serves as one of the indicators of institutional performance. Therefore, its implementation must meet quality standards and be timely, both from a technical and administrative perspective,” he said.
The socialization activity included technical explanations related to budget management, the use of the BIMA (Research and Community Service Management Information Base) platform, the preparation of progress reports, and financial accountability. The LPPM team also provided a question and answer session to ensure that each participant understood the obligations and procedures that must be fulfilled.
After the socialization session, the activity continued with the symbolic signing of contracts between LPPM and the heads of research and community service projects that had passed the 2025 funding selection. This signing marked the official start of the grant program at Hasanuddin University.
With the successful conduct of this event, LPPM Unhas hopes that the implementation of the BIMA grant program this year will proceed smoothly, transparently, and contribute meaningfully to enhancing the quality of research and community service within the University of Hasanuddin.
