LPPM UNHAS Successfully Holds Monitoring and Evaluation of Thematic Research Group (TRG) Batch 2 Progress

The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Hasanuddin University (UNHAS) held a Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) activity on the progress of the Thematic Research Group (TRG) Batch 2 program. The event took place on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the LPPM UNHAS Building, attended by internal reviewers and members of the TRG Batch 2 research group to present the progress of the research conducted since the funding was granted. Each group presented their interim achievements, outputs produced, and challenges faced during implementation.
A total of 67 TRG titles participated in this Monev, with assistance from an internal reviewer team assigned by LPPM UNHAS. The evaluation process not only assessed quantitative achievements, but also the quality of methodology, relevance of research themes, and the potential for scientific and innovative outputs.
The monitoring and evaluation activity concluded with an open discussion session and recommendations from the reviewers as input for the continuation of the program. LPPM UNHAS hopes that this TRG program will produce excellent research that not only contributes to the development of science but also addresses real challenges in society.
