Makassar, October 22, 2024 – The Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Hasanuddin University held an important meeting with the Archives Digitalization Team and the Website Management Team on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, in Meeting Room A of LPPM. This meeting aimed to discuss strategic steps for enhancing the archives management system and optimizing the institutional website.

The activity was opened by the Head of LPPM, Prof. Dr. Muh. Nasrum Massi, who emphasized the importance of archives digitalization in supporting work efficiency and data accessibility. “Through digitalization, we can ensure that the necessary information can be accessed quickly and easily,” he stated.

During the meeting, the digitalization team explained the latest progress related to the migration of physical archives to digital format. Meanwhile, the website management team discussed various new features that will be implemented to improve the user experience for LPPM website visitors.

The discussion also covered the challenges faced in the digitalization and website management processes, as well as potential solutions to overcome them. Both teams agreed to enhance collaboration and communication to ensure the project runs more smoothly and effectively.

The meeting concluded with an action plan, including a schedule for routine meetings and monthly evaluations of project progress.
