LPPM Public Policy Formulation Team Holds Follow-up Meeting for Policy Brief
Policy Brief, the Public Policy Formulation Team from the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) at Hasanuddin University (Unhas) held a special meeting called “Not Continued Policy Brief.” The event took place in the LPPM Unhas meeting room and was attended by representatives from various faculties at Hasanuddin University.
This meeting should be a forum to discuss concrete steps in drafting a Policy Brief, with the aim of supporting effective policy-making. In addition, this meeting aims to determine the research topics that will be used as Policy Briefs for each faculty, with the hope that the results of these policies can provide significant benefits, both in the government and community sectors.
Dr. Agussalim, SE., M.Si, as Head of the Public Policy Formulation Division of LPPM, explained the mechanism of the Policy Brief and reiterated that the results of the document could have a substantial influence on public policy resulting from the research conducted.
The LPPM Public Policy Formulation Team is committed to continuing its efforts to support evidence-based policy development that has a positive impact on society. The next steps include addressing technical obstacles and rescheduling activities so that the Policy Brief drafting process can run smoothly and efficiently.
