In connection with the selection of proposals for the Hasanuddin University Community Service Program (PPMU) Grant for Fiscal Year 2026, we respectfully invite the Principal Investigators to attend the research proposal discussion seminar to be held on:

Time/Venue : As per the attached schedule

We would like to bring the following matters to the attention of the Proposal Team Leaders:

1. The Proposal Team Leader must be present at the proposal discussion seminar according to the scheduled time; team members are permitted to attend as companions but are not required to do so;
2. The Proposal Team Leader must prepare presentation materials (5–7 slides) that include, among other things, the background, objectives, methods, and expected outcomes;
3. The presentation by the team leader is limited to a maximum of 15 minutes, including the Q&A session;
4. The team leader must bring a laptop and sign the attendance sheet;
5. If the team leader is unable to attend due to urgent reasons, they may be represented by a team member who brings a letter of authorization signed by the team leader.
