Makassar, May 2, 2025 — Hasanuddin University held a Coordination Meeting to evaluate the achievement of the first quarter of 2025 performance targets on Friday (May 2) at the LPPM Unhas Hall. The event was attended by the Rector of Hasanuddin University, Vice Rectors, Deans and Vice Deans, Directors, and representatives of the Quality Assurance Group (GPM) from all faculties.
The meeting was officially opened by the Rector of Hasanuddin University, Prof. Dr. Jamaluddin Jompa, M.Sc., who in his speech conveyed four strategic points as the main focus of institutional development. First, improving the quality of education services oriented towards students and alumni. Second, strengthening international classes in each study program. Third, encouraging the commercialization of research and innovation results. And fourth, strengthening the independence of study programs in academic and non-academic management.
Vice Rector II Prof. Dr. Subhan, S.E., M.Si., as the next speaker, presented the results of the audit of Hasanuddin University’s financial management. He said that Unhas had again received an Unqualified Opinion (WTP), indicating transparent and accountable financial management.
In addition to performance evaluation and financial management, the meeting also discussed Hasanuddin University’s readiness to host the 38th National Student Scientific Week (PIMNAS) to be held this year. All work units were asked to work together to support the success of this national event.
Through this coordination meeting, Unhas reaffirmed its commitment to continuously improve the quality of higher education, expand its international network, and strengthen its strategic role in the development of science and technology for the benefit of society.
